Renting out the market for one night only

Renting out the market for more than one night

N$ 500.00
N$450.00 -  per night. The more you stay the cheaper we go !
These fees include the use of water, electricity and toilets.  Cleaners  can help you with the cleaning afterwards for a small fee.

 

In addition the market is providing

·                 All the chairs,  and tables you will need for your venue

·                 Fixed Side curtains if you want to hide off your activities from free gapers

·                 Fixed mesh netting under the Market roof to improve the acoustic and general atmosphere

·                 Eight 2x2m units making up a 32m2 solid stage with to step stairs.

·                 A microphone system

For your concerts and disco the Market is having

    A professional mobile disco and live music system,

      which can be hired, together with the venue for only N$ 200.

Renting out of the cold rooms

We rent out our cold room to interested parties for storage of  MEAT,  DRINKS & DAIRY products

MEAT – half a carcass or less   N$30.00 per day

Or     N$90.00 for a month.

DRINKS – a maximum of 10 crates – N$25.00 per day .

DAIRY – a maximum of 50 liters –N$ 25.00 per day.

These fees are only applicable on the parts not leased out on a whole.

Involvement of the market vendors :

Bars, kiosks, and restaurants : Bars are available if not in use by the usual stall lessee. Please contact the market operator and market vendors who will be delighted to help you making the venue a success. During trade fairs and other official venues lasting more than a day the market caterer should get priority to outside providers, and special arrangements must be done in favor of the market occupants.
